Lis Engel, Artist, PhD: I am a visionary artist working with contemporary art as a creative opening into multidimensionality of human life and consciousness highlighting that the visible is highly intertwined with the invisible. Painting is for me a flexible medium investigating what it means to become aware of the creative dimension in every moment. I am especially interested in meditation and contemplation as bridges opening into sensitive and multidimensional ways of being and as doors to cosmic soul songs – opening into all kinds of creative dimensions of worlds and realities. My goal is to make images that open the heart and imagination toward new possibilities of co-creation of aliveness, love and light – as a cantillation of all life.
