Art Acceptance
All media is welcome and
will receive an equal consideration. Art Addiction
Online Gallery
competitions are open to all artists and are judged solely by visuals
submitted inline or attachment (

info@artaddiction.net
).
If the Artist is picked as a winner then
we will need the pictures at print resolution for publication in
catalogues, art magazines or art books.
.JPG, .TIFF, .GIF or .PDF files can be
submitted on-line.
Minimum 4 works and maximum 12 works.
We can review the artist website for Art Addiction
Online Gallery
purposes.
Art Addiction reserves the right to decide
on the appropriateness of the materials submitted.
Art Addiction Online Gallery will notify an
applicant in case of admission or rejection.

Fees and Payments
There is a US$80 / Euro 50 entry fee for
4 works (visuals) and US$15 / Euro
10 for each additional work (visual) one
year on display (annual contest) and two-years on display (biennial
contest). Maximum 12 works.
The competition fee must be included with
the submission (submitters whose entries pass the first screening only).
Payment by PayPal,
Direct
transfer on Art Addiction account or by WU.

Art Addiction's
Responsibility
Upon admission Art Addiction Online Gallery is responsible for providing a virtual showroom space for
artist's works.
Art Addiction Online Gallery will display
artist's works for a minimum of one
year.
Art Addiction Online Gallery is NOT
responsible for selling or shipping of the artist's works to buyers.
Interested buyers will contact the artist directly via e-mail to
arrange purchase and delivery.
Art Addiction Online Gallery is responsible
for scanning the artwork.
Art Addiction Online Gallery does NOT
guarantee that the art will sell.
Art Addiction Online Gallery is NOT
responsible in case of unlawful printing, downloading, reproduction or
distribution of artwork.

4.
Artist's Responsibilities
The artist is responsible for providing
his or her full name and contact information (e-mail, phone number,
address, website).
The artist is responsible for providing
the visuals of the artwork for display, a brief statement and the
works details.
The artist is responsible for completion
with submission requirements (see each annual exhibition submission
requirements for more information).
Once the art pieces are admitted to the
medial art annual exhibition /competitions the artist is required to
exhibit with Art Addiction Online Gallery for a minimum time of one
year. A request to remove artwork can be made any time thereafter.
The artist is solely responsible for
selling and shipping of the work. Interested buyers will contact the
artist directly via e-mail to arrange purchase and delivery.
The artist is responsible for notifying
Art Addiction Online Gallery in a timely manner if the work has been
sold in order to make an appropriate update.

5.
Changes
The terms and conditions of this contract
are subject to change.
Art Addiction Online Gallery will notify
the artist via e-mail of any changes in the terms and conditions.
We recommend that the
artist keeps a copy of the contract for his or her records.

6. Termination
Art Addiction Online Gallery reserves the
right to terminate the contract at any time with or without cause. The
artist will be notified via e-mail. The artwork will be removed within
three weeks of notification. The artist may terminate the contract
after initial one year by notifying Art Addiction Online Gallery in which case Art Addiction will
remove the artist's work from Art Addiction Online Gallery within three weeks.

address and website.
Bio:

brief biographical statement and photo of the artist (optional).
Work
info: title, year, medium, size (centimeters or inches),
price (US Dollars $ or British Pounds or Euro) and artwork description
(optional) .
File format:
.JPG,
.TIFF, .GIF, .BMP,
or .PDF
Image size:
image files .JPG 72 dpi /
up to 800
(x800) pixels (image
size may need to be resized) .
Application fee:
the competition fee must be included with
the submission (submitters whose entries pass the first screening only). Payment
by PayPal, direct
transfer on Art Addiction Barclays Bank account (London) or by Western Union.
No original artwork will be stored at Art
Addiction Online
Gallery at any time.
The artist has read, understood and
agreed to the above Art Addiction Online Gallery terms and
conditions.
